There is a higher energy that is the most powerful healing force, the underlying source of everything in the Universe. It is the fundamental building block of everything. More than an idea, it is living, expanding, intelligent force that has magical powers, if you know how to access them. Connect with this higher energy and you expand, change, grow, you are in the flow. You are free and yet you are part of a “Self” that is universal. As the masters said you become one with the whole. The flow of this universal energy is analogous to a river of infinite source. Without blocks or impediments it flows "beautifully." If something is blocked, you experience discomfort, resistance, even ill health. That is the premise of energetic healing. You "stop" resisting the natural flow of the universe. This is the basis of true communication and a healing life. More than something you do when you are sick. Tapping into this energetic flow becomes a way of life. We control the dynamics that allow us to hold ourselves back or to move forward. There are no victims! We choose when and if we move. Holding back is driven by addictions and drugs. The pain of procrastination and addiction fuels this system. Addictive behavior puts you at the effect of fear, and things outside of self. We ignore the truth of who we are and we choose to suffer. If desire is your moment to moment practice then suffering will be your experience A higher system is internally activated through "intention" and "self discipline." You allow yourself to move forward from an inner sense of self. You learn to "stop." In the "silence" of the stopping is freedom and happiness. That is our natural state. There are payoffs in both systems, the former is pain and self abuse, the latter is "freedom," "happiness" and "self love." The choice is up to you. With the right tools you can turn "ignoring" the "truth" for fear and suffering into "freedom," "happiness" and an expansive life. Avoidance and fear lead to inflexibility. Because the universe is constantly expanding, resistance to forward movement creates pain. Like an anchor on a boat, fear blocks forward movement, communication with self and others and natural healing. To regain forward momentum you learn how to recognize and release the anchors. There are tools that help you cut the line to every anchor by clearing archetypal energies, unconscious, distorted and repressed patterns. These tools reestablish flexibility; mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically and reconnect you to the expansive energetic flow of the universe. Contrary to popular belief, your body is contained within your mind. Therefore you may see and clear a mental pattern and yet if you do not clear the pattern from your body you will begin to do things in the same old way. This is why Movement Therapy or Yoga or the Martial Arts facilitate a psychological shift. You can work from the outside in, or the inside out. However, ultimately you must engage all aspects to regain lost flexibility or you will go back to doing things the same way. If you want to change, the following five steps can help you create an intuitive map and a new strategy for your life. The first step in intuitive healing is about personal accountability, acknowledging where you are and what you believe. You accept that you are a part, cause, agent or source of your experience and everything around you. You initiate healing when you look at your life patterns through the eyes of love. This requires courage! We are comfortable with our self delusions even though they create pain. Self delusions are stories we tell ourselves to give meaning to our existence. Sometimes we need these stories more than food to stay alive. We repeat them over and over even though they bind up our creative energy. Looking at life through the eyes of love is a very different experience than just looking at life. This means telling the cold hard truth about where you are in every aspect of your life without blame or judgment. You will discover whether your life is a stand for love or a stand against fear. Even when in the grips of fear you must stop and face life head on. This often requires great courage and an effective set of tools. The truth is if you are uncomfortable then you are probably taking healthy risks and growing. The second step is accessing your disowned self through the mythology of shadow work. In shadow work you establish an energetic dialogue with blocked and disassociated energy, you create an energetic transaction that reestablishes flow. I define an energetic transaction as an energetic exchange between unconscious shadow aspects of the personality and the rational mind. The universe tries to make every living thing whole. The events of our lives, especially the difficult ones, have the hidden power of forcing us to look at and accept our shadows and become whole again. We all try to fight this — to keep the shadow hidden and excluded. This causes an inner conflict behind all human problems. We cause ourselves a lot of stress and waste a tremendous amount of energy in this battle to suppress the shadow. The moment we change course and decide to include our shadows side in our lives all this bound up energy is released to be used for constructive purposes. That's the magic. If you've ever done anything creative and had a breakthrough its because you've connected with and released your shadow. It tends to disturb us because it is part of the great mystery of life and we are not in control of it. But when we are in relationship with the shadow, when it is present we experience “flow." "We are in the zone.” Through innovative movement and imagery techniques you will discover that your power is bound up in the negative, the shadow side of your personality, material that has been repressed and denied for years. This technique requires an application of the right tools, focused intention and an intuitive leap of faith. You will discover that your mind and its relationship to the fundamental mystery of life is the key to health and a vital life. The third step is to access the subtle energies and an intuitive intelligence that has the power to heal self and others. This intelligence connects us to our inner rudder. Without his awareness life can be like driving in the desert without a guide or a map. One day you may end up some place interesting by accident! There is another way to navigate life. There is a quiet inner voice that speaks to us all the time. When you learn to listen to the voice, the inner intuitive guide, you can navigate with ease directly to your destiny. Some have no experience of that inner connection. They experience empty unfulfilled lives of drama and addiction. It has been my joy in life to help people hear that intuitive voice and make that inner connection. The fourth step is the development of inner guidance through the imagery and symbolism of dreams. In our culture we are not taught the power and relevance of our dream life, unlike the Native Americans or Aboriginals who incorporate this as an essential aspect of their culture. The imagery and symbolism of dreams are one of our greatest resources. They allow us direct access to uncensored unconscious material. By turning your attention to your dreams you can obtain clarity about your feelings and inner experiences. Dreams can enrich your life by suggesting solutions to problems, by providing you with new ideas, or by helping you to understand yourself in ways never before seen. The fifth step is regaining your emotional and physical flexibility through movement. Clear a physical block and you clear a psychological block! You do not even have to know what the block was. This is why Yoga, The Martial Arts and Dance change peoples lives. They begin to do the dance of life! You will learn three basic stretches that when practiced diligently are like drinking from the Fountain of Youth. Movement & Dance Therapy can be one of the most freeing and transformational experiences for one at any age. It is never too late to begin! One morning, in my thirties, I discovered my spine had become so rigid that I was having trouble bending over to put on my socks. I would later discover that this inflexibility was a mirror of my thinking at that point in my life. Luckily, I heard an inner voice say, "You must begin some form of movement to regain your flexibility!" Within a week I had enrolled in a three month training with a wonderful teacher. For several hours, each day, I stretched and danced slowly regaining a sense of inner beauty and the flexibility that had taken me years to loose. I soon saw the correlation between the physical flexibility that I regained in the movement class, and how it directly related to increased emotional range and practical results in the real world. I soon began to incorporate the movement component into all of my seminars. Through Movement Therapy you will:
I respect the rational mind. However, it has no understanding of love, death and our multidimensional nature nor the deeper levels of intuition. In order to make this process accessible to everyone I have created an extensive set of tools for immediate results and for those who desire a deeper experience and understanding I offer a six-month Intensive Life Training. Growth requires a personal investment. Good things have a price. You have to exercise regularly if you want to build new muscles. If you really want these powers, you'll have to apply yourself over a period of months. You will, however, be able to apply the tools and experience progress immediately. To make this material accessible to everyone I have created weekly classes and an extensive set of tools:
"What matters in life is who you touch and
who touched you and what you leave in other peoples minds! We each
have the capacity to bless the life of those around us."
